Role: The position holder will be responsible for first-level customer interaction and handling queries/ issues of customers and forwarding them to the relevant department/ project; maintain MIS of all received calls (leads, complaints, etc.) for further action and analysis. We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager to provide excellent customer service and to promote this idea throughout the Societies.
